I'd recommend for a quick family getaway
We had a king room with a fireplace and it was really cozy. The little balcony with chairs was perfect for sipping coffee while soaking in the morning sun, just what we needed after a long drive.
Sure it wasn't exactly cheap but it was still reasonable for what we got.

I really enjoyed my stay here, especially the cozy king room with a fireplace and the beautiful water view. There’s a lovely outdoor seating area to relax, along with easy access to the beach just a short walk away. The only tiny downside was the heater, which got a bit noisy at times, but overall, I’d definitely recommend this place! 😊

Loved the location! A quick stroll to the beach and awesome restaurants. Our room had a lovely fireplace and a surprise deck! Super cozy vibes all around.
But seriously, the walls are so thin, I thought I was sharing tea with the neighbors. A little more soundproofing wouldn't hurt!

Totally recommend for a city trip.
Spacious room, amazing staff, including a wonderful woman at the front desk who provided great local tips, and the free parking made exploring the area convenient as it's just a short walk to shops and restaurants.
No significant negatives.

We loved walking to the nearby aquarium and checking out the restaurants along Cannery Row. The room was spacious enough for our family, and the little one enjoyed cozying up next to the fireplace at night. Definitely a great spot for families!
My kids wished there were more family-friendly dining options nearby.

would love to stay here again
Nice location, just a short walk to the beach. Room was quite cozy, with a fireplace, refrigerator, and a flat-screen TV. The clean bathroom had good free toiletries. Loved sipping coffee on the patio while listening to the sea lions. No breakfast but coffee was in the lobby. Would definitely stay here again!

easy access to cannery row and fisherman's wharf attractions
I loved how our room was spacious and had a lovely balcony, making it perfect for enjoying the sea air, and the hotel was only less than a 5-minute walk to Cannery Row, as well as Fisherman’s Wharf just a short stroll away, giving us lots of options for sightseeing and dining without needing to drive. however, I think the parking situation could be improved to help guests avoid metered fines in downtown.

Rooms provide a decent amount of space along with a fireplace that adds a cozy vibe. The view from the King Room with Partial Ocean View delivers a nice touch, letting in some calming views to complement the ambiance.
While the location is solid, it’s not without distractions. noise from the nearby biking/walking trail can be a nuisance, especially early in the morning. It may irritate light sleepers, like having to deal with the ruckus from runners or revelry just outside. The TV channel lineup leaves much to be desired for lazy nights in, with limited choices available. Additionally, furniture shows signs of wear, like stains on the desk chair that could use some attention. A real breakfast option would be an upgrade. currently, coffee is offered starting at 8 AM, but a light morning meal on the patio would elevate the experience.
